We can barely believe 2011 is coming to an end! It’s been an exciting year for us; from veggie bus breakdowns, to Yetis in the Oregon backcountry, to finally releasing our product, to Facebook giveaways - we have definitely been keeping busy. And we’ve been feeling the love across the US and internationally! We are so lucky to have such an awesome crew of people, from our riders to our reps to our consumers. You all help make Niche Snowboards possible every day.

2012 marks the beginning of a new year, and for us, the beginning of a new era. We have put years of thought and effort into our product with the hopes of making a difference in the industry. Our product is infused with creativity and passion, with an understanding of the complicated relationships between our materials, our environments, and ourselves. Our seeds have taken root, and we can’t wait to watch them grow and spread. We are looking forward to seeing what we can learn from all of you, and hope to make our snowboards the best out there in every way possible.

Our new year’s resolution is to keep our relationships strong. As we start to grow, we want to make sure our values hold firm. We are a tight-knit company that believes in the power of community and we look forward to expanding our community through all of you. We hope to give the best customer-service out there and also to keep the relationship between rider and snowboard strong. It is important to us that our riders are on some of the best boards out there. Lastly but certainly not least, we hope to create a stronger understanding of the role the environment plays in our lives, and the conscious decisions we make as a company, and you can make as a consumer, to help us coexist with our environment in a world with finite resources.

We’re ready for 2012! Can’t wait to see what you have in store. Now get out and ride!
